==History==
The owners, Juan Murillo and chef Joaquin Lopez, had run the Mexican restaurant Cancun in the same space, and before that they spent about a decade managing Tutto Pasta locations. The space was earlier the Sunprint Cafe. They named the new restaurant Nonno's, Italian for "grandpa," to signal a family restaurant<ref name="mc-2014-02-20-nonnos-review" />.

Samara Kalk Derby reviewed it in February 2014 and found "nothing to criticize." Its menu then listed pizzas at $9 to $11<ref name="mc-2014-02-20-nonnos-review" />.

==Trivia==
