Super Tom’s Pizza

Super Tom's Pizza was a carry-out and delivery pizzeria at 4253 W. Beltline Hwy. in 1993 and at 529 S. Park St. by 1995, when its Yellow Pages ad promised "great subs too!"[1]. Readers asked the State Journal's reviewer, Sandra Kallio, to try it; she did so twice in April 1993 and "failed to find anything worth complimenting here other than the staff for having our orders ready on time. The crust was tasteless, and we question the quality of the topping ingredients." There was no seating and delivery covered a limited area[2].
