Pedone Pinsa

Pedone Pinsa is a counter selling Roman-style pinsa in the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, 330 N. Orchard St., on the UW–Madison campus. The Wisconsin Union runs it, and it was due to open on August 26, 2026[1].
Pizza
- Pinsa is a Roman flatbread pizza with a light, crisp crust. The crusts are made by Pedone Pinsa of Burlington, Wisconsin, and bake in about 90 seconds[1].
- Four kinds at a time: hot honey pepperoni; margherita; Italian sausage, garlic and arugula; and one that changes, such as prosciutto, fig and arugula[1].
Trivia
- The Union also serves pizza and pasta at Strada, in Memorial Union[1].
