A 2015 kids'-menu story places Luigi's at 515 S. Midvale Blvd., with Food Fight's Joey Connaughty as managing partner — settling the street number.
A revival of Luigi's Diner, the Food Fight restaurant at King and East Main streets that closed in 2004 after about seven years, mostly run by Bill and Melanie Horzuesky of Bluephies; same designer, Ed Linville. Counter ordering, cornmeal-brushed thin-crust pizzas, a cannoli bar, wine on tap. 77 Square's "best restaurant reincarnation" of 2011.
