The Beaver Dam restaurant traces its recipe to the original Pizza Villa of Beaver Dam (1982). It sold its own frozen pizzas by 1993, when a school band's fund-raising coupons were redeemable for a frozen pizza there. 12-inch Park Plaza frozen pizzas were in a Randolph Piggly Wiggly ad in 1996, and Metcalfe's West in Madison ran a coupon for them in 2012.
