A gleaming red trailer with a wood-fired oven, towed by a black pickup, at farmers' markets (Verona) and festivals and at private and corporate parties. Pizzas bake at 900 degrees in 90 seconds. Favorites included the Assaria (chili oil, roasted onions, bacon, Parmesan and rhubarb purée) and the Bianca.
