Cervato Pizza

From Madison Pizza Wiki

Cervato Pizza is a pizza counter at the Madison Public Market, 202 N. First St., the companion of Cervato Wine & Tapas Bar[1]. Both are offshoots of Timber Hill Winery, north of Milton, owned by winemaker Amanda Stefl, and are at the market's south entrance. "Cervato" comes from the Spanish word for fawn[2].

History

The Public Market opened on Thursday, July 23, 2026; its chief executive expected about half of its 28 vendors to be open the first day, with "market staples including pizza"[3]. What kind of pizza Cervato makes, and its exact opening date, are still to be found.
