From Madison Pizza Wiki
Wayne Mosley (died November 2017[1]) was the co-founder, with Roger Brown, of Rocky Rococo.
Mosley grew up in the Chicago area and studied law at the University of Illinois[2]. He and Brown opened the first Rocky Rococo in Madison on April 4, 1974, and by 1982, when he was 35, the company had 11 restaurants[3]. After the two sold the company in 1988 they continued to own restaurants in Madison and La Crosse as franchisees[2].
