Jet's Pizza is a Detroit-style pizza chain with a franchised store at 2831 Parmenter St., Middleton, in the Cornerstone Plaza[1]. Matt Girard, from Livonia, Michigan, opened it in March 2016; it does carryout and delivery only[2].
History
Eugene Jetts founded Jet's in Sterling Heights, Michigan, in 1978; by 2020 it had about 400 stores in 20 states. During the pandemic the Middleton store's sales stayed about where they had been, with more dinner orders and fewer at lunch. Girard hoped to open a West Side Madison store[2].
Pizza
- Detroit-style deep-dish pizza. The "eight corner" pizza is two small pizzas of four corner slices each[2].
