  • June 1980: Bridgeman's Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant opened, its third in Madison[1][2].
  • By August 1995 to September 20, 2015: Old Chicago[3][4].
  • 2016: Culver's, which was to break ground in fall 2015 and open the following spring[4].
