Day One Pizza is a pizzeria at 355 E. Linnerud Dr., Sun Prairie, the second of its name after one in Columbus, Wisconsin. In July 2013 it added a mac-and-cheese pizza to the menu — a kid-friendly pasta dish layered on a crusty pie and held in place with mozzarella, $15.59 for 12 inches — which the Capital Times compared with the minimalist mac-and-cheese slice at Ian's Pizza[1].
