Doug’s Pizza Shop was a west-Madison pizza place, located on Midvale Blvd. during the 1970s.
History
- ad in 1970 phone book.
- ad in 1975 phone book.
- Had an employee, Roger Waggoner, who was married in 1972 to Barbara Lynn Barnett [1].
Later seems to have become the location of Midvale Pizza Plaza around 1980(?).
