Lone Girl Brewing opened in 2016 at 114 E. Main St., Waunakee. The Madison taproom's only food is its own Roman-style pizza, a style not served in Waunakee: eight pies, among them the Spicy Pepp, caramelized pear and blue cheese, and Hawaiian BBQ.
