Zafferano Ristorante is an Indian–Italian restaurant at 2969 Cahill Main in Fitchburg, on the second floor of the Wyndham Garden hotel. Kalyani Venkatraman opened it in February 2025. Its most popular dish is a butter chicken pizza[1].
History
The Capital Times profiled Zafferano in April 2025, two months after it opened[1]. A year later its butter chicken pizza had "done well enough" that the owners opened a second restaurant, Eloura, a Mediterranean place at 10 W. Mifflin St.[2]
