Noll said Stewart consistently blocked his efforts to add a full service bar
A Midvale Plaza restaurant 'noted for its sandwiches and thin-crust pizza', run as Tamarack Pizza, Inc.; closed in Aug. 1990 with 22 employees after a nine-year run when the alderwoman blocked a full bar ('two bars in the same small shopping center'); a Yen Ching Chinese restaurant took the space.
