Rath, Sept. 1994: 'opened in 1991 as Pagliai's, and while the name has changed, the pizza remains great. Lots of cheese, thick sauce, fresh toppings and crust that's like browned bread'; lunch 11:30–2 weekdays and 4:30 p.m. to 'after bar time' Mon–Sat.
