David Miller was the owner of Pavlov's Pizza.

Miller opened the business in 1991, under the name Pagliai's Pizza, at 119 W. Mifflin St.[1] He held its beer licence from 1994[2]. When the downtown building was emptied for redevelopment he bought a former taxidermy shop at 1511 Williamson St. for $65,000[3], and with Jennifer Sandor reopened Pavlov's there in 1999[4].

Trivia

  • A reviewer wrote that Miller "always tells it like it is"[1].
