The corner building at Bassett and Johnson streets carries two addresses: the May 1990 license list put Edwardo's Natural Pizza Restaurant at 333 N. Bassett St. (Erl Mid-Con Ltd., agent Greg Galle), the 1992–97 reviews, ads and license lists at 454 W. Johnson St. (425 in 1995), and Casa Bianca, which took the space in 1998, at 333 N. Bassett again. One restaurant, recorded under its later address.

The 1990 license was not renewed in May 1991, and the restaurant was reviewed as new to downtown in January 1993 — so either it opened in 1990 and closed within a year before a 1992 reopening, or the 1990 license was held for a restaurant not yet built; the 1989 application fits the second reading.

The Bassett Street license of 1990 was not renewed in May 1991.
The 1995 license list gives the campus Edwardo's as 425 W. Johnson St. (Madison Pizza Venture, 601 W. 81st St Corp. and MBD Family Enterprises); ads and guides of the same year say 454 W. Johnson.
The 1996 license list returned to 454 W. Johnson St. for the campus Edwardo's.
Kalk's March 1998 column placed the former Edwardo's 'between Gorham and Johnson streets' at 333 N. Bassett St., vacant 'for exactly a year' — i.e. since the March 1997 closing; the space stood empty until Casa Bianca opened in spring 1998.
