The Madison store, attested by a State Journal crime report of September 3, 2013 (a customer attacked on August 31). Its opening date, between 2000 and 2010, has not been found.

Earliest Madison attestations: a cyclist attacked outside 'Topper's Pizza, 1368 Regent St.' on Aug. 12, 2000; a driver assaulted delivering to a dormitory on Oct. 15, 2000. Open until 3:30 a.m. every day (2002) with taco, fajita and baked potato pizzas and the Creole Topper; the only Madison store until the West store opened in 2004.
