The 2014 account: founded on Williamson Street in 2005 by Brewer Stouffer, Middleton 2007, Fitchburg 2010, Whitefish Bay December 2013; a 16-inch cheese pizza from $13. A 2010 story credited Tom Cranley with starting Roman Candle on Willy Street and co-owning three stores. Specialty pizzas of the period: Pestoral, Algo Malo, Dead Man Walking, the Professional.
