Anna's Pizzeria is a pizzeria at 1609 W. Main St., Sun Prairie. Anne and Jeff Kohler bought the building and opened the restaurant in 1995. They retired in 2017, and their son, Lonnie Kohler, runs it[1].

History

On Saturday, February 27, 2021, a pickup truck drove all the way into the restaurant, causing heavy damage. Other restaurants raised money to help: Patrick DePula gave $10 from every large specialty pizza sold at his Salvatore's Tomato Pies in Sun Prairie and Monona, and called it "community over competition"[1].

Locations

  • 1609 W. Main St., Sun Prairie (1995 to present).

Trivia

  • A 2015 review: cash only, the sit-down service had recently ended, and there were four specialty pizzas plus 17 build-your-own ingredients. A party guest had recommended it as better than Glass Nickel and Salvatore's[2].
