Dahmen’s Pizza existed at the former location of Brat Und Brau and Hooter’s, on Grand Canyon Drive & Mineral Point Rd.
History
Brothers Justin and Tyler Dahmen opened the restaurant in May 2010 following the closing of Pizza Oven West. The brothers were alumni of nearby Memorial High School, where their father was principal at the time the restaurant opened. The restaurant was somewhat of a continuation of Pizza Oven West, including some of that menu, but added nightly specials and a Friday Fish Fry[1].
Closed some time prior to Sept, 2019 when the same location was mentioned as the site of a new chinese restaurant[2]. The closing date was Friday, June 3, 2016; the brothers turned to a new pub[3].
- Application for liquor license in mid-April 2010[4].
Locations
The sole location for this restaurant was located at Clock Tower Court, in the same location as a former Hooter’s, as well as a Brat Und Brau.
