Chicago stuffed-style pizza has been available in Madison for decades. It is not as widely available or commonplace as it is in Chicago, and aside from pizzerias originating from Chicago (e.g. Uno's), it's not typically the main style the restaurant is known for. Even then, it's important to distinguish stuffed pizza from the Chicago deep dish or pan styles, because the terms are often used interchangeably (especially outside Chicago).
